All ordinary people are considered a potential criminal, and therefore, in the logic of our 'shepherds' we must be catalogued just in case (for our own protection of course). Its also natural that this will start with the most vulnerable in society. The water is getting warmer every day. I think its rather sad that I’m not surprised.
