I hope the electoral commission have been reading their copy of the Telegraph today and will be asking the Tory agent why he broke the exspenses limit by a mere 25%. This and their publishing of stats allegedly from the postal vote count. We know that they &#039;borrow&#039; our campaign manuals but clearly they haven&#039;t read ALDCs Election Law Handbook.</description>
