They talk about what the ex-councillor has done for his ward, and I remember improved recycling facilities being mentioned. Agree though it's not particularly brilliant as a video. It's poor because it is almost entirely irrelevant to the local ward - talking of national issues. The only local reference is to the fact the Labour candidate lost his seat.
