OK, this started off rather seriously – someone faking a Norman Lamb MP profile on Facebook.
It then got rather bizarre when the computer used to send emails out from the linked fake Hotmail address was also used to post comments from eight different aliases to this site trying to shift the blame to UKIP, Labour and the Liberal Democrats (but never the Conservatives).
And now, ladies and gentlemen, we have … a new “Norman Lamb MP Fanclub” Facebook group from one of those twelve aliases!
Here’s the “James Becks” Facebook profile and here’s the group.
And it gets even sillier, because here’s the story given on the group by “James Becks”:
I was informed there was a Norman Lamb Facebook group on Facebook and got excited. I got disappointed it got taken off so therefore I have decided to create my own.
Quick translation guide:
- “I was informed” = “My IP addresss was used to create”
- “It got taken off” = “It was exposed as a fake”
- “I have decided to create my own” = “Let’s try again”

Amazing, for someone on Facebook, James has a large number of friends:
Presumably someone can now contact Facebook and have this group closed down too ?
This is getting weird.
It’s homage surely? What’s good enough for Nick Griffin is good enough for Norm?

Which means it’s most likely not a Tory.
Ignore it because by giving it this attention you are just making it more than it is.
