At certain times, it only takes a couple of clicks for a story to be one of the top five, then if it's got a catchy title it stays there as everyone thinks "well, if it's one of the top 5 links, it must be worth reading." Needless to say, all *my* Golden Dozen posts get there on merit :-) I notice the top 5 links hasn't been working for the last few days. I thought it would see me getting fewer hits, but this week has been one of my best ever. I don't know whether it's disabled on purpose but I'd keep it off.
