Me-thinks the only 'recycling revolution' that will happen in Oxford is when the electorate have a go at the ballot box. If you really want to help with regard to re-cycling stopping printing all those Focus ( or in my view FUCUP) leaflets! I trust you did not see the Trevor McDoughnut 'Tonight' programme that puts your claim that your failing policy is 'popular' with the 'residents' to the test... Typical odious Ldem tactics there i dare say. Something tells me that the LDems in Oxford City Council will get a hammering now that due to their ineptitude with regard to refuse etc. Rentakil's profits have probably rocketed. I think all these LDems who contributed to this mess help clean it up and become rat-catchers when given the heave-ho by the electorate!
