Ming failed to impress during his first speech as leader and I have been made aware of metaphorical knives being waved by various activists ever since. I stand by my comments on the "Ming must go" page - if we're going to have a leadership election it needs to be very soon. Equally, if we're not, and everyone in general is happy, we need to decide that very soon and then get on with the job. I don't find there to be anything immature about an honest discussion. It's better to have a serious debate now than let the current sentiments fester underground until such time as they become a serious liability in the run up to a general election. Political babies have votes too! I can take a bit of personal bashing ;)
