YouTube hustings: Social justice and rights

The penultimate question put to the leadership candidates as part of the party’s YouTube hustings was from Stuart Weir from the University of Essex. He asked about social justice and for the candidates’ views on economic, social, environmental and cultural rights.

(Previous questions: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.)

What do you mean by “penultimate” question? There were 19 last time I looked and we’ve only seen the answers to 4 of them.

We always said that five questions would be selected from those submitted for Chris and Nick to answer.

So the fourth out of five is the penultimate one :-)

A selection of the questions submitted were put to the candidates, as Chris Rennard outlined would happen in his introductory video (and the description for that video says it would be five).

Not that that stops the candidates answering the remaining questions if they wish to do so…

And I see Mark beat me to it :)
