Brick through window is British way, says BNP councillor

The Guardian reports on a volient incident in Loughton, Essex:

Racist attackers abducted a Muslim community leader at knifepoint, bundled him into a car and threatened his life unless he stopped running prayer sessions in a community hall that has been the target of a British National party campaign. Police have confirmed they are treating the incident as a hate crime and are investigating links with an earlier firebomb attack on the same man’s home. …

A BNP campaign has been blamed for rising tensions in the area. The party has been leafleting the area warning of “Islamification” which it says flows from the weekly two-hour prayer session, which it claims is a prelude to a mosque being built.

However, the BNP has denied responsibility, sort of:

Councillor Pat Richardson, leader of the BNP group on the local council, said her party was not behind the attacks on Ramjanally. “Firebombing is not a British method. A brick through the window is a British method, but firebombing is not a way of showing displeasure,” she said.

It’s wonderful that we can rely on the BNP to truly define Britishness for us.

  • Bloody foreigners, coming over here with their un-British criminal intimidation techniques…

  • Well at least we ‘over here’ throw bricks at windows, rather than ‘over there’ where they still throw bricks and stones at supposed criminals…as part of an archaic, disgusting and degrading legal system. And this is the same Shariah law they want in this country!!!

There is an awful lot wrong with the Muslim faith and the Quoran, and a lot that is indeed racist, evil, criminal and divisive. However; unfortunately many politicians are too childish to have a grown up discussion. Look at the way they handled the Geert Wilders incident (http://www.themoviefitna.com/?page_id=47).

Different if it were the Bible me thinks.

The BNP stink; but at least women in the BNP are not treated in an inhumane and degrading manner, as they are in many Muslim countries, as are gays…and anyone who wishes to change their faith to Christianity.

I am a proud Libdem; but i see all sides. Time you all did instead of sitting on a burning fence!

p.s: Ladies in Burkhas are even taking to robbery now: maybe time to ban it in this country?
(it’s been proven not to be worn for the religious reasons often stated, but purely on cultural grounds)

Let’s get rid of the BNP….BUT let’s do it by trying to understand why they feel so angry. Now that would be rational.

Some other things to get rid of whilst we’re at it:

The Burkha, Shariah Law, people who use the term racism (or supposed racism) as a weapon against others, people who falsely use the term ‘asylum’ just because their own country is rubbish, spongers of the social security systems, membership of the EC.

Why can’t we control our country without all this PC madness?

“Ladies in Burkhas are even taking to robbery now: maybe time to ban it in this country? (it’s been proven not to be worn for the religious reasons often stated, but purely on cultural grounds)”

Eh? If you reach for the word “ban” on such shoddy grounds, I’m not sure we would agree on the meaning of the word “liberal”.

  • Libdem Guru – of course women in the BNP are treated in a degrading way. Worse, the BNP want to treat women outside the BNP in a degrading and inhuman way on the basis of their skin colour. As for being Gay, the BNP want to make it illegal. (Let face it, their current “tactical policy” is a fig leaf for their real views)

It’s interesting to reflect how much the BNP and Islamic extremists have in common. The BNP don’t mind it when the KKK dress up in their Burkha substitute. BNP leaders deny and deride the Holocaust – just like some muslim extremists. The BNP support the death penalty – as used under Shariah Law. The BNP is run as a dictatorship with no allowance for opposition or alternative view points, just like some Muslim organisations. Some Muslims think they shouldn’t mix with non-Muslims, although the BNP views that inter-racial sex is “genocide” perhaps goes to far to find a Muslim extremist equivalent. They both hate “Liberals”, education, political correctness and regualrly resort to violence. Oh and muslim extremists get far too much publicity given their small numbers and unrepresentative views, just like the BNP. I wonder if they are related ?

    I was being ironic

Well they tried to ban crucifixes in some areas which was just plain crazy. To be honest; I find women in burkhas offensive and scary.

    Quid pro quo

“Let’s get rid of the BNP….BUT let’s do it by trying to understand why they feel so angry”

They feel angry because they are inadequate human beings and sometimes have very tiny, miniscule penises!

  • The irony is that if the BNP’s racism was religiously inspired instead of political, perhaps based on a collection of millenia-old middle-eastern fairy tales, then the very same simpering cretins who throw around canards like “Islamophobia” to smear anyone with reservations about Islam would be rushing to defend the BNP in the name of multicultural tolerance.

    Well said iain m!

However what scares me the most; is that you have all these muslims that say they are peaceful people,
BUT you say one thing against Mohammed or the Quoran (in jest or naming a teddy bear or publishing cartoons) and you are threatened with death. These people in masks with ‘banners of hate’ should not be allowed to protest.

There is a foul smell about their two faced religious policies.

  • For the second successive day, a bus packed full of British people has come under sustained attack from young Muslims in the district of Savile Town, Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.

“Youths” targeted the Thornhill-bound Arriva bus as it pulled away from a stop in Savile Road late on Saturday night.

According to the local ‘Press’ newspaper, a local white businessman told how stones smashed windows on both sides of the bus at 11pm.

The victim rushed off the bus to chase the youths, bleeding from a cut to his face.

“They told me not to come shouting in their area,” he said. “I told them it was my area as well. I was born and bred in Dewsbury.

“There were other Asians around and they said what happened was wrong and it would be sorted.

“I don’t want to scare people but they have to know what is going on.”

The man said there were about a dozen people on the bus including an elderly woman and a father with children.

“It was like a war zone,” said the injured man who was with his wife.

“When the stones hit the windows it was like explosions going off or machine gun fire. Everybody ducked but I wanted to see what was going on.”

Police attended and an ambulance was called before the bus was taken away.

The man said he had been told a bus had been attacked the previous night and police were supposed to have been shadowing the Saturday service.

Two weeks previously, the local newspaper reported that three white boys, one aged 12 and two aged 14, had been set upon by a gang of “youths” nearby.

The English teenagers were confronted and asked why they had the temerity to walk through the formerly-English district of Savile Town, which is now 97% Muslim. One boy was struck on the side of the head, causing his ear to bleed.

A spokesman for Dewsbury police confirmed that two passengers were hurt and a bus damaged. Sgt Sarah Baker, of the Dewsbury and Mirfield Neighbourhood Policing Team, said patrols would be stepped up in the area. She added, with almost no discernible trace of irony: “We take these sorts of incidents very seriously and we will thoroughly investigate and bring the people responsible to court.”

Anyone naive enough to imagine that West Yorkshire political police might really be interested in investigating these events could always waste their time by contacting one PC Shanaz Ahmed on 0845 6060606!

It is abundantly clear that Savile Town has tragically joined the long list of towns described by the Bishop of Rochester, Nazir Ali, as “no-go” areas across Britain where it is too dangerous for non-Muslims to enter.

Needless to say, these extraordinary attacks on British people in Dewsbury have been entirely suppressed by the controlled national media, who, as usual, are far too preoccupied with their anti-BNP tirades to report on the horrors of life in multicultural Britain.

Only when the national media have eventually contrived a plausible narrative to blame the BNP for the simmering racial tension in Dewsbury, can we expect the bigoted journalists of ‘Fleet Street’ to report this scandal.

  • Criminality is a terrible thing. As Liberals we have to be tolerant and welcoming of views that differ to our own. I am no more offended by the Burkha than I am by the cross or the skull cap. I personally abhor all organised religion as I think it is a con job however people have the right to their beliefs.

There is no evidence the BNP were responsible for the original attack. The BNP give us plenty of reasons to challenge them and attack them without us having to contrive them.

  • Libdem Guru 30th Aug '09 - 7:54pm

The problem is that these ‘communities’ are springing up in a lot of places…and it is going unchecked because people do not wish to be called racist or islamaphobic.

  • At least the BNP didn’t mention Blowing bombs on buses was a British thing. That would of insulted the muslim community, they have rights to that act, not the British.

  • After taking my citizenship tests, i now know of the BRITISH methods of showing haterd in this country

THANK YOU so much to BNP Councillor Pat Richardson for teaching me how to be a BRITISH!

  • Mark Vickers 1st Sep '09 - 3:57pm

This story of abduction has no Witnesses at the abduction place or at the destination, No police photo fit ID handed to local media from the vicitm, No CCTV camera evidence from the entire journey of the so called abduction, no number plate or description of vehicle handed to Police. I wonder if the police have the same doubts as most of us living in Loughton, i hope so and if they find their time has been wasted by bogus stories then i expect the police to throw him in prison for inciting race hatred, and wasting Police time.

  • How sickening that a thread that ought to concentrate on the BNP’s horrible racism and hatred towards Muslims, Jews, unionists and anyone else they don’t like gets turned by some people into an attack on the burkha etc. What on earth is the matter with you? The BNP are fascists and there is no excuse for that. You are conceding to exactly the sort of prejudice that the BNP feeds on.

  • How come this story is still running?

This Muslim trouble-causer who invented a series of lurid allegations against the British National Party in Epping Forest — which included a tall tale of being abducted by ‘white racists’ — has been arrested by police for perverting the course of justice.

The story should now concentrate on why Mulsim preachers are causing racial friction in the communities that end up as “racist incidents.
