    Surely he illegally abandoned his Volvo in the car park, he certainly didn’t park it in his own constituency otherwise he’d have been at Totnes just down the line

    It doesn’t say much for the Tories new head of communications that he hasn’t managed to kill this story off yet!

    “I’m sorry. I shouldn’t have parked there” would have done it. Can I have my £400k pa now please 🙂
