Such a shame that Gordon Brown’s face is all but hidden behind the teleprompt screen on the BBC coverage. Someone has got their camera angles horribly wrong.

Brown says – “fairness not just for some but all who earn it.”
What a fascist comment – he could be worse than Blair on that front.
“Gordon Brown for Britain”
Must have taken the campaign team months of research to develop that 🙂
🙂 to Hywel but I think it is interesting actually that he’s still so keen to play up the “Britain” thing – which indicates he’s still feeling very vulnerable about the complaints about him being Scottish. At this rate he’ll renaming the party the “Labour and Unionist Party”!
Thanks Mark. If that’s the best we can do to attack Gordon then I fear for the future of the Lib Dems.
Don’t people get it? We’ve spent so long sniping about the style over substance methods of Blair and New Labour for a decade.
Then we fall into the most obvious of traps. Great.
I think you might find that one passing comment about the TV coverage isn’t exactly all or the best the party has to say attacking Gordon … just a touch of over-reaction by you I think 🙂
There’s been plenty more said about Gordon both on this blog and elsewhere, e.g. https://www.libdemvoice.org/opinion-the-state-theyve-put-us-in-lib-dems-give-blair-4-out-of-10-744.html and http://www.libdems.org.uk/news/brown-should-take-responsibility-for-labours-failures-campbell.12559.html
