Could it be that with the MPs’ expenses scandal still raging, senior Conservatives had collectively decided it might be a good weekend to leave the microphones and make-up to politicians from other parties?

Who cares what Tories have to say; I wanna hear from Vince Cable about the small banks idea. Sounds like Labour finally got around to reading The Storm. I wish we could cut out the middle man and have Vince setting economic policy.
