Clegg on Marr: Liberal Democrats are the guarantors of fairness and home rule for Scotland

Nick Clegg was interviewed by Andrew Marr this morning. It was wide ranging. It appears he’s back on the cigarettes again, but that’s hardly surprising given his hectic schedule. He also said he wanted the Chilcott report into the Iraq War published as soon as possible, “s the leader of the party who opposed the headlong rush to war.”
