The death of Charles Kennedy is a great loss to the party. Cameron’s decision to hold a referendum ‘cos he was ‘frit’ has divided the country, caused insecurity and uncertainty and given us an uncertain future. A step back, not a leap forward. Two years of renegotiations if out. If in, we must pull up our sleeves and make the EU stronger Europe is a big place others want to make it larger. It is only a matter of time that economics will make us one world step by step.
