      Prospective Welsh Assembly Candidate:

      Cardiff South & Penarth

The Local Party Executive of Cardiff Central, South and Penarth Liberal Democrats invites applications for selection as Prospective Assembly Candidate for the constituency of Cardiff South and Penarth.

Potential applicants should contact the Returning Officer: Jackie Radford, 11 South Parade, Maesteg, Bridgend, CF34 0AB, telephone 07971 854565 or email [email protected] for an application pack.

Applications must be received by the Returning Officer by 5pm on Friday, 19th February 2010.

Applicants not on the Party’s list of Approved Candidates at the closing date for applications will not be guaranteed consideration by the Selection Committee. It is the responsibility of applicants to check that their applications have been received by the Returning Officer, by the closing date.

The Local Party are looking for a motivated, hard-working candidate to work with their Westminster candidate, Dominic Hannigan, to take the fight to Labour in this key moving forward seat where the Liberal Democrat vote has increased at every election since 1997.
