  • Would hate to think this has anything to do with his business acumen..

    Was that + or – £4800 to labour party,
    and that 3.19pct increase to the libdems was invisible…

    these new political games are now beginning to bore me….

  • if they want to say that they’re the only party increasing their % (which is not true), they could have at least not published the full results below with changes showing that their previous line is not accurate

  • I read a couple of posters on Politicalbetting.com trying to spin such rubbish after the result came in. Why is politics filled with such blatant liars?

  • Talk of Grant 1234 Shapps as some kind of Tory Rennard is such a joke. He is a walking electoral disaster zone. Best of all was his line that all 3rd place parties get squeezed – err, tell that to the LibDems in Sedgefield who pushed the Tory candidate from 2nd place to 3rd. What a Tory idiot!

    I can’t help remembering the Labour MP on TV on the night of the Bermondsey by-election (sorry – I’m showing my age!) trying to argue that the real news was how badly the Tories had done.
