Not really “unique” is it? Boorish shouting is rather the order of the day in the Commons, particularly during PMQs. The only unusual thing is that it’s a woman doing it.
The yah-boo yelling in Parliament that requires people to shout to be heard is shameful.
I got quite worried when I saw it live. As she got going I started thinking she might either be about to explode or to lose her arm or perhaps she was having a medical episode!
Interestingly, the MPs who speak quietly get people to shut up and listen. I have never seen anyone else, regardless of gender, move into the shriek or full blown shout like the last few seconds of this.
It was funny but the commons is a joke. What is the point of PMQs, never get an answer. Went on her website, not a single mention that she is a Tory haha
The look of apprehension on the face of the MP sitting next to her turning to fear that he might get a biffing from the lady’s good arm before nodding in relief that it was almost over…..a perfect cameo!
Mr Speaker is supposed to be the ‘chair’ of this meeting, supposed to keep order and enable each to speak and be heard. When the Chair of a meeting is not doing his job the best technique is to stand and look at him and ask him to do his job. Perhaps it’s time for a change… and a reform of the Commons rules.

Roland Given the fixed term Parliament Act was repealed by Johnson, I would be aiming at 2028. There is little benefit to the sitting government to go for the full fiv...

I watched this live. For a moment, I thought she was having a stroke.

Why the hell did she have to shout? What the hell were the other MP’s doing? They are all a disgrace. Well done to Anne Morris for keeping going.
