  • At the moment we seem to be on the cusp of intervening in the Middle Easte again.

    There has been lvery little reaction from the LD on this, which is a bit surprising.

    I oppose intervention for one side otr the other unless it can be shown who was responsible for this attack. At the moment there seems very little hard evidence on whether the attack took place and, if it did, who was responsable.

    I find it completely uneddifying to see the UK Foreign Secretary behaving as he did yesterday and would like to see some response from the LD as to whether they support his view or have a differing opinion.

    Has the case for intervention been made to the Cabinet and the evidence for it being Assad assessed or is it based on suppositions from the information that has been coming out of Syria, which may or may not be factually accurate
