Congratulations to Aldbury and Wigginton Liberal Democrats, where Rosemarie Hollinghurst has gained a seat from the Conservatives on Dacorum Borough Council.
The result:
LD Rosemarie Hollinghurst 593 (64.7%; +28.0%)
Conservative 305 (33.2%; -23.7%)
Labour 18 (2.0%; -4.4%)
Turnout 46.71%.
