Well done to Hilary Benn, Labour secretary of state for environement, food and rural affairs, for recording a video to highlight the importance of tackling climate change – but next time, Mr Benn, perhaps it would be best not to keep your table lamp switched on when it’s broad daylight…

Needed for good lighting for the video, maybe?
Of course, if it’s not an energy saving light bulb, that’s a different matter. 🙂
This is similar to the time when I wrote a letter to Hilary Benn on behalf of the Lib Dem student group at Leeds University (as he was our local MP) asking him about the climate change bill. I received six single sided A4 pages on how we should ‘conserve precious resources’ to combat climate change!
Bet you the lights will be burning late into the night in Cowley Street as the Police investigate Lib Dem donations from 5th Avenue / Michael Brown.
Or have you been using a lot of electricity on shredding
machines lately?
PAY IT BACK!!!!! It was stolen money and you KNOW it was stolen. Or do the Lib Dems think that concern for the environment excuses them from ethical conduct?
@Old Hack.
Boring boring boring!
What party do you support then? Is it one that takes Ashcroft’s offshore millions, or perhaps you’re part of the “Your vote costs less at Sainsburys” brigade…
If you’re going to keep boring us with this, then at least have some balls and say who you are!
What’s your view on party donations? Should there be a limit or not? What about the voting system? What about the tax system?
Let’s have a look at your bloody ethics. Ours can be found in our manifesto and our actions.
