The Lib Dem Press Office gets sassy

I have no idea who had the Lib Dem Press Office Twitter account tonight, but they need to have it more often. They had certainly had their Weetabix this morning and took on all-comers:

Oh, and we should mention the falling out with the Labour Lords. I guess the Labour lot needed to distract themselves from the disintegration of their party.

And then someone criticised Tim’s performance and they weren’t standing for that.

Sometimes you can be too honest about your strategy:

Heaven knows what our press team would be like if they adopted the Scottish tradition of Whisky o’clock at 5pm on a Friday. If this quality banter continues, they’ll have to go on Tumblr… The Obama campaign did in 2012 and it was quite bizarre. They even used the F word on occasion, and I don’t mean federalism.

You missed this beauty : ” I reckon once she hears our ‘a tree for every child’ policy she’ll be stuffing envelopes.” It might be time to actually start following on Twitter!
