Tim has been doing so much during this campaign. He’s had a lot of regional media stuff but hasn’t been given many of the national gigs. He could have brought a whole new perspective to the new debates. Even with his cameo role on Tuesday night, he managed to get one of the lines of the evening – about Michael Gove’s lack of trust in experts being why he was such a terrible Education Secretary.
Anyway, last night he made a stonking speech at an eve of poll rally. Watch and share with anyone who needs to be convinced why we need to stay in the EU and then get them out to vote.
Today, let's vote with prosperity & opportunity for future generations at the forefront our mind. #INtogetherhttps://t.co/bVx0vZQtkK

3 hours to save UK democracy – what are YOU doing for posterity? :-)
Democratic first past the post system…UKIP MEPs taking the money and then not attending, Vote remain and then do something about these issues
At least we can vote out ALL the MPs in the UK, as opposed to about 9% of EU MEPs, not to mention EU Council Ministers, etc..
And 0% of the House of Lords
How much power does the HofL actually have – almost of no equivalence at all to the EU parliament / Council of Ministers, etc.? Furthermore, in the UK we can vote in a government that can make appointments to the HofL?
90 minutes to save UK democracy – what are YOU doing for posterity? 🙂
Leave EU 23rd Jun ’16 – 8:31pm
Counting agent.
The New York Times is following us, have a look tomorrow.
No one has ‘voted out’ any of the MPs in my constituency for at least 30 years… which is why turnout in my ward is usually one of the lowest in the city.
What I shall be doing for UK democracy is asking why is the referendum engaging more people than the sham that is the first past the post system … and the answer is they feel they can effect some change.
@Leave EU
Sorry to have missed your post, I was knocking up for Remain.
Hope you had a relaxed day 🙂
@George – distributed about 500 Leave leaflets :-).
Nearly finished – goodbye, farewell to EU and EU and EU – all the best for the future to all – peace, out.
IT’S A GREAT PITY THAT THAT SPEECH BY TIM WAS NOT USED AS ONE OF THE REMAIN’S PARTY POLITICAL BROADCASTS – IT WAS MOST MOVING
