Administrative note: check before submitting a tuition fees article

We’ve received more articles for publication on the topic of tuition fees than on any other single topic for a long time. Those not already published will be coming over the next few days.

Due to this high volume, we can’t commit to publish all new articles submitted on the subject.

If you’re thinking of writing an article for Lib Dem Voice on tuition fees, please drop us an email first ([email protected]) with an brief outline to avoid disappointment.

  • Unsurprising.
The blogosphere and facebook etc. is seething with comment on this given the demographic who will be directly affected. Would it be possible that an article could be found from the perspective of the parents with children who will be affected too?

I realise that LDV can’t respond to personal requests for articles but we need as many perspectives as possible on this and most of the comment I’ve seen has been (understandably) from students so far.

  • @LDV Bob – or recent students, now in full time employment, with a loan to pay off alongside a mortgage.

I’ll try to do something better than the midnight rant you (rightly!) rejected, Iain! Perhaps along the lines LDV Bob suggests, as I fall into this category.
