OK, this is a bit of a bumper update. Congratulations to Gareth Epps, selected in Reading East and Farid Ahmed who was reselected to fight Walthamstow (thanks to Peter Dunphy for letting me know).
The party is now publishing its official list of PPCs on the party website, which may mean that the Lib Dem Voice Westminster List of selected candidates may be withdrawn. There’s a case for Lib Dem Voice independently tracking gender & minority stats, but I’d welcome input on the future of the Westminster List.
The following seats have recently announced they are seeking Prospective Parliamentary Candidates (people to run as the Lib Dem candidate for MP at the next General Election).
We list the constituency name, application closing date, and the contact details of the Returning Officer, whom you should contact for an application form. The details are lifted manually from Liberal Democrat News, the party’s newspaper.

Congratulations to Mike Evemy who has won selection at the PPC in North Wiltshire where he will stand against Tory love-cheat MP James Gray, who has divorced his wife and moved in with hunt activist Philippa Mayo.
Mike was leader of the Lib Dems on Swindon Borough Council from 1994 to 2004.
I think you should keep you list going.
The party should only post the names on the party’s site when all details are to hand.
Lacks professionism to see names that have no picture, contact details or profile. Candidates should be told they must supply these items as a prerequisite before their name is listed.
If the party provides a list then personally I’d be tempted to put my time into something else 🙂
The Party list doesn’t include MPs who have been reselected, so the list here is more comprehensive.
