Conservatives fall out over MEP expenses reform

Barely had David Cameron completely a press conference today outlining his plans to crack down on expenses abuse by Conservative MEPs, when the BBC got hold of a memo from one of those MEPs slating his proposals. Sky has the full text of the memo, which is well worth a read.

    – well it shouldn’t be.

    “[conservatives] have a very positive story to tell”

    – if by that they mean they are proud of their record of skimming, scamming and siphoning hundreds of thousands of pounds of public money into their private pockets for their personal benefit.
