For reasons as yet unclear to The Voice, it appears the Liberal Democrat party is keen to discover if any LDV reader has, or knows of anyone who has, a tattoo of the party logo, the ‘bird of liberty’, somewhere upon their personage. I’m not sure the location of the tattoo matters.
It may, of course, simply be the party’s latest cunning ploy to persuade The Grauniad to use the correct bloody logo.
If you can assist, please e-mail LDV at [email protected]
Wethankyou.

No.
What if the tattoo was taken before the current version of the logo? That wouldn’t help to persuade The Graudian.
Why not make it a requirement for new members?
After my membership card has come through.
I don’t know; first Ming declares that if he was cut in half “liberal” would run through the top half and “democrat” through the bottom half, and now the Party wants people with Libby tatoos. What next: Focus piercings? Green tax switch cattle branding?
This is wrong in so many ways.
The bird is by far the best party logo to have as a tattoo though. Imagine having that huge inky Tory logo done – incredibly painful in the process and disappointingly shapeless when it’s over.
Hang on a minute…
A logo tattoo – What happens when the Logo changes as the Tory and Labour ones have recently
I am not aware of too many organisations that make you have their logos done as part of the joining conditions….
There is a tattoo shop next door to the Bradford East HQ – So you can get a free bundle of leaflets and a map with every one. Come one come all!
Probably one of the more interesting threads during the ‘election that never was’ – can we know, please, what was the outcome and is there a photo?
