As you know Mark I went into a Carphone Warehouse and bought my daughter a mobile for Christmas. I told them my postcode and house number, and they told me my name… but I am not a Carphone Warehouse customer (or a customer of any of their subsidaries, and never have been (though they have phoned my work line on cold sales calls). My wife is, though she has a different surname to me. I am not on the full register at this house. I went on the register this year. I was previously on the full register here – but that was several years ago… the future has arrived.
