Layla responds to rumours about 2013 incident

In a tweet last night, Layla Moran set out what happened at the 2013 Autumn conference. There had been rumours and speculation about it for some time.

This is a clear indication that she is very seriously considering standing for the party leadership when Vince Cable steps down later this year.
