Following on from our post on Thursday night, here are some more pictures of Liberal Democrats campaigning in the snow. Keep sending them in.
Danny Alexander went for a walk (remember #dannyswalks) in the streets of Aviemore:

And it was proper snowing in Balloch, near Inverness, this morning, when he was out with Councillor Carolyn Caddick:

Christine Jardine was out in Rhynie, Aberdeenshire with her team. Great umbrella:
In Sheffield, Cllr Sue Alston, Richard Shaw and Angela Hill had a secret weapon with them: PADDY! This is an oldie, from the 2005 election, of Peter Brooks delivering Focus in the snow. And here’s a recent one showing Simon Galton from Thurnby in Leicestershire out delivering. He has no gloves on and even the sheep look frozen: Some campaigners were lucky, though and had no snow to worry about. Our Joe Otten was out there again, in Bradford this time: Paul Walter was out with Judith Bunting in Newbury:

And Layla Moran led her team out in Oxford West and Abingdon:
I don’t have a photo of this one but I understand that the lure of Sara Bedford’s cakes was so strong in Watford that they had 40 people through the door by elevenses.
All in all, another busy Saturday on the campaign trail. This is just a tiny snapshot of the activity going on right across the UK. People heading out on to the doorsteps to listen to what the voters have to say to them.

Gosh that’s funny Nick. I’m splitting my sides with laughter at your wit……………….
There was in fact still some snow in Bradford though not enough to be a hindrance.
If I was an election strategist for the Labour Party (which I am not) I might think that all that stuff about decapitation in Hallam has worked if I saw Paddy Ashdown in the snow in Sheffield.
Any photographs of Labour people with wry smiles on their faces?
