I’ve commented before on Communicate Research’s highly fluctuating polls. So it’s with a pinch of salt that I point out that their latest poll has the Liberal Democrats up two points, which in turn follows the previous month’s increase of three points. Better up than down though, and these last two polls follow a change in the way CR carry out their polls (switching to include some weighting for people’s recollection of how they voted previously).

i think i’d definitely take it with a large pinch of salt, although interesting to see that CR have changed their polling formula. but it’s good rebuttal material for our spokespeopls when they’re getting a hard time from the hacks and it beats the dire 14pc (or was it 16?) they put us on a little while ago.
