To help you keep track of what’s happening in Brighton, the party is producing regular video clips from now until conference closes on Thursday. You’ll be able to find them on the party website, and the first, from Ming, is now online. Here it is:

Behind me, the speech writers are on yet another draft of the leader’s speech I’ve got to make on the last day of the conference.

It sounds like he’s really looking forward to it.

Bring on an October election; hopefully, the LibDems can get a new leader in place before the end of the year. Ming’s leadership is beginning to look desparate.
