And it looks like it’s going to be a good one. Laurabee was in the audience and this is what she had to say on Twitter:
You should watch Have I Got News For You tomorrow at 9pm on BBC1 because I'm in the audience and it was really funny #shamelessplug
— Laurabee (@justlaurabee) November 26, 2015
And there’s more:
I think my next political crush is gonna be @timfarron after that episode
— Laurabee (@justlaurabee) November 26, 2015
And you can tell she has standards. That is Justin Trudeau in her profile picture, taken at Canada House in London on Wednesday.
The words “funny”, “sassy” and “cool” have been bandied about to describe Tim’s performance. Jo Brand will be hosting and aside from Paul Merton and Ian Hislop, Josh Widdicombe, host of The Last Leg will be there. He, of course, has enjoyed quality banter with a Liberal Democrat leader already this year when Nick Clegg appeared on the show.
Anyway, we shall be covering this event live from just before 9 this evening. Bring popcorn!

Please take Heston Blumenthal’s advice on popcorn. Overpriced and fattening. On Channel 4 he did better.
Film critics say popcorn should be banned in cinemas while films are being shown, because it is a noisy food.
What happens if you suddenly burst out laughing while you are eating?
I agree about the popcorn. I volunteer at my local theatre and we dread the news that popcorn will be on sale during family shows. It spreads everywhere and is impossible to clear up afterwards.
I’ll be snacking on salted caramel chocolate during HIGNFY.
I hate popcorn. As a food it doesn’t fulfill the promise of its odour. It’s nasty and awkward to handle and leaves one’s hands sticky. Yugh!
Mary Reid 27th Nov ’15 – 8:41pm It may not say on the pack, but here’s hoping your snack is vegan-free, as on The Apprentice. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b06s7g3k
