4. Tim Farron is either “wrong or compellingly correct” by Andrew Page on A Scottish Liberal.

5. Liberal Democrat commentators in the media by Alex Marsh on Alex’s Archives.
Do radio & tv producers choose the right people to talk about the Liberal Democrats? Honourable mention for our Nick Thornsby, but questions on diversity.

6. Ed Miliband still feels he has questions to answer over Tom Watson by Charlotte Henry on Digital Politico.

7. Leicestershire councillor convicted of benefit fraud by Jonathan Calder on Liberal England.

11. Tom Watson’s resignation, first draft by Jon Walls on Contrasting Sounds.
A very funny send-up of the UNITE bruiser’s ego, with killer points about his Defence record. “Now that facts have come out, however, it is important that the Labour Party publishes its report in full. Only with all our dirty laundry hanging out in public would I be able to credibly spin things so that someone else cops the blame. (AW)

12. Brainstorming Rolling Stones Glee Club songs by Jennie Rigg on Jennie Rigg.
A terrifying response to the Nick’N’Mick dinner, prompting an outstanding comments thread (special shout-out to Andrew Hickey). Sadly, Nick was busy yesterday and had to turn down the offer of lead vocals on ‘Losing Deposits’ in Hyde Park. (AW)
