Turnout of supporters who receive literature and are contacted during a campaign exceeds 80%, far higher than the turnout proportion of our polling day Shuttleworth. This underlines the importance of getting known supporters onto postal votes, as it will help both our local and national results next May and could be the crucial difference.
What ALDC is offering is the psephological equivalent of a West Wing box set of all 7 seasons for £15. You would be an idiot to turn it down, so get on with it now.
Scottish members should submit motions to our Conference to [email protected] by 12 noon on Friday 23 January. We’ve heard what the Policy Committee are planning on submitting today and, frankly, it’s not going to be setting any heather on fire. So, get to it.
