WATCH: Vince’s LBC phone in

Today Vince did the show formerly known as Call Clegg.

As I well know, a row with Nick Ferrari is a great way to start the day.

Here’s a clip.

You can watch the whole thing here.

A parliamentary question to the current Home Secretary might be worthwhile. At PMQ today the Ice Queen answered on police pay, including the reductions in standard rate income tax (which the Tories opposed and the Liberal Democrats insisted on). So, she said, ‘ a police officer recruited in 2010 …’ But were there any? if so how many? 2010was a time when the Treasury wanted a substantial reduction in the police budget. The Home Secretary accepted the task, but did not know how to do it and asked the entire department for ideas in a mass meeting.
George Osborne was Chancellor at the time and is now an ex-MP editing the London Evening Standard. His comments may be of interest.
