Post of the Week
Over at the “Post of the Week” website, voting has opened on a shortlist drawn from the winners of each week during the year.

The eight nominated posts are a snapshot of some of the best writing on blogs in the English-speaking world, but it’s a completely different world to our cosy aggregator based world of Lib Demmery.

Some of the winning posts are small-p political – individuals living their lives and changing their worlds – but it’s all very different to the party politics many of us live on a daily basis.

For the end of year spectacular, voting is open to all, so why not pop over, read the posts and send in your votes. The deadline is 2pm on New Year’s Eve. And by reading around, you’re sure to end up adding someone striking in the real world to your RSS reader.
