Recently, in our local area police have been trialling facial recognition and, in at least one case, getting high-handed with someone who shielded his face as he passed the camera.
I am aware that i have a double sufficiently close in apparance to me for his picture to be published with my name – and we attend some of the same events.
I also share my first and last names with a Conservative party bureucrat.
