Too cautious. Whilst I agree with what Nick Clegg says, it just isn’t radical enough. Removal of all victimless crimes from the statute book would be a good start – legalisation & regulation of all recreational drugs is a no-brainer for a real Liberal.
Agree – with the exception of on green taxation, we’re far too bland in our statements at the moment. Where’s the bold line on community and restorative justice schemes that could mark us out from Labour and Tories who just create more offences and see prison as the sole answer.
