I’ve just been watching the Tory candidate on Webcameron. Dave introduces him as “from the heart of Ealing Southall” which is intriguing given that he appears to live in Chiswick.
I’m also pretty gobsmacked that their candidate’s very first act as candidate, in response to being asked why he wants to stand for Parliament, appears to be to slag off the recently deceased Labour MP.
Have the two constituencies been combined? As convenient as a divided Palestine for the unfortunate winner.
Graeme – maybe he thinks he’s standing in Sedgefield? 😉
Ho hum – they do find it very hard to shake off their “nasty party” image in by-elections, don’t they?
