A thoroughly successful Labour Party Conference week clearly feeding through on the ground ??!!??
What’s that over there? Is it a unicorn? No, it’s a con->LD swing.
And the 12th week with our vote share around 24%.
A new reality has been created. The party has weathered the worst – and that worst was never as bad as some experiences the party has been through, and now it will begin to regrow within the new paradigm. Of course those who along with Gordon Brown thought the Lib Dems were some sort of Labour “B” Team, the acting unpaid auxiliaries who despite years of scorn and condescension somehow had a duty to ride to the rescue of an exhausted Government and an exhausted philosophy, will continue to pronounce their ineffective curses.
Are we witnessing a Plaid recovery? I felt confident that they had entered an irreversible decline after the last Welsh election.
