That’s the claim in the Daily Express, and whilst the evidence is far from strong (OK, despite what the Express might want it’s readers to think, the evidence is currently pathetically weak), Swindon’s experiment in getting rid of all their speed cameras  is worth keeping an eye on.

Nine out of ten adults won’t pay inheritance tax under Labour, Tories reveal

Another story in the Express, the Conservatives feel that one in ten adults being affected by inheritance tax is far too many.
