I’d be interested to know how the “7 most-read posts” are worked out? My Opinion piece on HS2 on Monday 2 Sep has attracted 53 comments so far, rather more than some of those in seven listed. Also more tweets and Facebook “likes”. So what is the measurement?
Google analytics measures the actual number of pageviews; in my experience comment counts are not a good proxy for this. The more people she with what you wrote the less comments you will get, even on a piece everybody reads
