Fancy working for ALDC?

If you are a new member reading this, you might like to think about joining ALDC – you seriously should never fight an election without their excellent campaigning resources.

If you are looking for a job in campaigning, you have until noon on Monday to apply for this vacancy with ALDC.

Full time fixed contract for one year, with the potential for extension

This is a new post created to help us boost the support we can provide to our members through the provision of campaign packs, materials and ideas, and templates for literature and campaigning – both paper and online.

Grade: Scale 5-6 (currently £19,817 to £24,472)

The main responsibilities are:

• To help ALDC members campaign in their local communities through the production of campaign materials and packs, including online campaigning.
• To help ALDC members communicate with voters, through the production of templates and literature guidance, paper and online, including working with printers to secure best deals for members.
• To identify and circulate best practice of Liberal Democrat campaigning and campaign materials.
• To provide cover and backup to colleagues within the ALDC team, in particular to the HQ political staff team.

Interviews will be held in Manchester on 12 June.
