Oh dear. Scottish Labour councillor Terry Kelly seems to have landed himself in a spot of bother on his blog:

Why are no women allowed to comment here? You’ve mentioned one being banned, you’ve called a black woman a liar for talking about racism but then no others have been allowed to comment.Councillor are you a sexist?

Cllr Terry Kelly said…
(Patricia Devlin) 30/12/07 – You have just perfectly demonstrated why, it’s because they are thick.

‘Women are thick.’ Dear oh dear – that’s a cracker even by your high standards. Are you planning on pleading insanity or irony?

Cllr Terry Kelly said…
(the anti-Terry) 16:37 If I had thought that this would lead to you or any other feminist making such a bloody fool of themselves I would not have made the joke.

  • oh come on Mark – I’m a Lib Dem, but I can see that he was being ironic…

  • Few points on this noticed it will surfing, I think you have missed the point and taken it out of context for your own purposes, it was clearly meant in jest and suggesting otherwise exposes you as nothing more than desperate, you sure you are not Eileen McCartin?

Secondly you seem to be advertising terry watch by allowing the final comment, brave as the Sunday Herald recently did an expose on the site revealing the filth that it is.

Sorry didn’t mean brave meant incredibly stupid! Oh and predictable LOL
