LibDemVoice has two parallel sites. The first is our public blog, the thing you’re reading now. The second is our private members’ forum, which only current Lib Dem members can access.
If you’re a member and want to chat with fellow party members about any issue that’s on your mind, then why not sign up? In addition, you’ll be included in our regular surveys’ of party members’ views.
Here’s some of the most active discussions this past 7 days:
-
When are the federal election ballots being issued?;
Greens ahead of Lib Dems in YouGov Poll?;
(Re?)-include house prices & rental in RIP & CPI baskets;
Scotland: Lib Dem and Lab wipe-out predicted by IPSOS MORI;
Dark internal mutterings;
Request for help with someone’s PhD;

Why so few selections?.
Why not join in the debate and share your views? (But please remember to stick to our comment policy…)

“Why not join in the debate and share your views?”
I tried. It wasn’t an uplifting experience that made me feel I had made the right decision to rejoin the party. I’ll stay out here thanks.
You still have members?!?
I have to show people this top class economic analysis by Damian McBride.
I know it’s in the Mail, and it’s Damian McBride, but it’s top quality stuff. It’s easy to understand too. It’s also what I’ve been saying for a few years. He exaggerates for a laugh, but most of it is no joke. The answer is not to panic, but to understand what is going on in the world.

The good thing about the members-only part of the site is that is does not have simplistic flashing strap-line adverts for candidates in internal Lib Dem elections.

You still have members?!?
Julian Gibb. You will be abe to get an accurate idea of the number of members in the Liberal Democrats when the result of the postal vote for party president is announced in a few weeks time.
The official line is that the party has more than 40,000 members.
Some have questioned the accuracy of recent figures announced by the party HQ which claimed a small increase in membership numbers earlier this year.
@Stevan Rose
What was not uplifting about it?
Here’s something the members might like to discuss:
