    Is this the “American dream”? A cat for president? The “Leader of the Free World”. The guy who gets to press the red button and boom, no more world!? I guess those Colombians really have oversold their product!

    You know, I actually didn’t realise at first that they were really talking about a cat. I was willing to believe that some genuine US candidate (Tom Hank?) was willing to make such a vacuous “vote for me to make America great” campaign video. I hope that says more about me than it does about American politics.

    Yeah, it probably does.
