Only a month to Christmas, but before you dash out pressie-buying, take a few moments to look at these.

2 Must-Read Blog Posts

What are other Liberal Democrat bloggers saying? Here’s are two posts that have caught the eye from the Liberal Democrat Blogs aggregator:

  • Talk of a hung parliament is good for the Lib Dems, says Anders Hanson.
  • Which Conservative front-bencher isn’t fit-for-purpose? So many to choose from, but the Honourable Lady Mark thinks he knows.

2 Big Stories

Four-year-old expelled

Say what you like about Berlusconi…
…but even at 73, he’s still got it, as the Guardian reports:

D’Addario writes: “We kissed an infinite number of times, with him above all kissing my intimate parts,” a performance for which “he could get into the Guinness Book of Records”. When D’Addario admitted she was struggling to enjoy the moment, Berlusconi “took it like a challenge”, keeping her up until 8am, when he left to speak to journalists.

I’m tired out just reading it.

  • Never mind “just shouts out as only reporting half the story.” Despite the amazing capacity of the Daily Express for getting it wrong, what on earth can justify the expulsion of a four year old on this basis? Why should expulsion be used at all? This isn’t Tom Brown’s schooldays. The role of the teachers is to deal with it, not dump the problem on someone else.

  • TMI about Berlusconi!
