Such a shame that Gordon Brown’s face is all but hidden behind the teleprompt screen on the BBC coverage. Someone has got their camera angles horribly wrong.

đ to Hywel but I think it is interesting actually that he’s still so keen to play up the “Britain” thing – which indicates he’s still feeling very vulnerable about the complaints about him being Scottish. At this rate he’ll renaming the party the “Labour and Unionist Party”!

Don’t people get it? We’ve spent so long sniping about the style over substance methods of Blair and New Labour for a decade.
