Monsanto, one of the world’s leading producers of GM foods, would, I think, be pretty near the top of most people’s list of “firms least likely to switch to GM-free food”.

So a catering company submits to hysteria about GM food and they decide to boycott them in response to consumer demand from many clients.
They just happen to do Monsanto UK’s catering.
Not much of a story really.
