The election results were announced as the final item of business for the Congress, and were as follows;

Ilhan Kyuchyuk (Bulgaria)
Annelou van Egmond (D’66, Netherlands)
Alexander Graf Lambsdorff (FDP, Germany)
Daniel Berg (Momentum, Hungary)
Sal Brinton (Liberal Democrats, UK)
Timmy Dooley (Fianna Fáil, Ireland)
